Company Merger in Year 2008

Netsis Technology is a Gold partner of Fortinet for the Asia Pacific region.  Working closely with Fortinet and selected local partners in the regional territory, the Netsis team has clients ranging from Retail, Financials to the Manufacturing sector.  Their strength in Fortinet's complete product line allows them to fulfill their client's complete security and production requirements.  Netsis Technology was recently appointed the Master Reseller for Extreme Networks' complete line of switching products in the emerging markets.  This appointment is a testament to the Netsis teams' success and also the high expectation of Extreme Networks to further their mission to penetrate the regional telecommunications market.

HavenEdge Networks' strength is in the Infrastructure design and deployment arena since its inception.  With the advent of manpower outsourcing projects in 2006, the HavenEdge Team enhanced their capabilities to not just understand, design, monitor and maintain networks but also to assist time strapped CIO's to document and implement the stringent IT policies which are required in today's complicated enterprise network.  With the dangers of terrorism peeking from every corner, the HavenEdge team built-up and deployed complete solutions ranging from low budget disaster recovery solutions to complete sub-second fail over high availability systems for some of its SMB clients within HavenEdge's Data Centres or within client's own in house server farms.

With this merger, the engineering strength of HavenEdge coupled together with the regional reach of Netsis is now greatly amplified, growing from strength to strength.  Upon finalising this new cooperation, we envision even more innovative new products while maintaining the existing close relationships which both companies have built with their existing clientele.

All operations will be consolidated under Netsis Technology (S) Pte Ltd as of 1st November 2008.  All the current contractual commitments of HavenEdge Networks will be now be transferred over to Netsis Technology Pte Ltd.
